Accounting Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Handle client relationship of your assigned client portfolio.
  • Manage the general ledgers including journal entries, accounts payables, accounts receivables, sales and purchases and bank reconciliations.
  • Manage month-end closing of clients and prepare clients’ financial reports
  • Preparation of all tax filings in compliance with BIR and statutory agencies.
  • Active participation in all required audits.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS Accountancy 1-2 years of relevant, hands-on accounting experience
  • Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently on assigned duties and can manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Willing to be assigned anywhere in NCR
